Hi all, can't seem to connect my SM-R905F to a mobile network. Have been through extensive trouble shooting with the carrier and Samsung and keep getting the same error codes, 3001 & 4001. Can anyone help?

Same. If you have a Telstra One Number service already active, ask them to cancel it. Then wait 24 hours exactly and try again. I've just done this and now it's working :)

My partner and myself are having the exact same issue. Apparently it's a worldwide problem which they're trying to fix

Thank you for your advice. I just tried it again and it worked! It's been about 24hrs since I last tried it so a bit of patience did the trick. 😉
