No sound notification on phone while connected to smart watch...why?

I have a S23 Ultra connected to Pixel Watch.

I don't get vibration or sound on my phone for notifications while connected to watch.

Is there a setting I'm missing?

I'm not sure how you are connecting your pixel watch to your S23U phone, but check if it has this setting enabled.
