After using the Samsung Galaxy Ring for the past 3 months - I am more than happy with the functionality and battery for this wearable.

I went with Titanum mainly because I know I will be quite rough with my ring at photoshoots, packing equipment and trekking.
With that in mind, I am surprised to see the ring managed to keep up and not show any heavy signs of wear.
Average battery life 3-4 days
My battery lasts 3-4 days on a single charge, even with all the sensors, sleep tracking, and using my ring to snap pics with my Z Fold 6. The case adds another 1.5 charges, so I'm good for a week or two unless I'm crazy with the ring-controlled photos.
Honestly, using the ring to take photos reminds me of pre-Samsung S25 Ultra. On previous generations, you can trigger the camera with the S-Pen!
To track my sleep, fitness, and stress, the results were pretty accurate. Seeing my stats helps me understand my body and chill out if I'm stressed. Plus, competing with my Samsung buddies motivates me to improve! Also guess what?!
No subscriptions to see useful metadata about your workout, sleep and health!
Overall, I am very happy with the Samsung Galaxy Ring.
For Gen 2, I'd love to see NFC, more gesture controls for music and potentially slightly longer battery life. I can't seem to make it to 6-7 days of battery life.
