I think Samsung's promotion is a scam. I purchased a product, but the gift has to be registered through the redemption portal rather than being sent with the purchased product. Contacting the redemption portal was of no help. They shirked responsibility and gave no reply. Samsung's service is very disappointing. I have previously purchased Samsung's phones, tablets, earphones, and watches. I will never buy any Samsung products again. They are big cheats.

Have you spoken to onlinesupport@samsung.com about this issue?

This sounds standard with most promotions I've come across across various platforms and that they enlist the help of a third party to assist with their redemptions.

I had the same thing.
I purchased a galaxy FE in Australia tempted by a promo for a 4 tags and a battery pack. I never received them and after going in circles for a month between support departments they tell me the promo has lapsed and I am out of luck?
Is this common with Samsung, they have not been helpful sorting this out, they couldn't care less. This is the last Samsung product I buy. I handed contracted Samsung support, online, phone and telec promos.

I encountered the same issue with Samsung redemption. Bought a samsung soundbar. Before purchase, both the salesman and Samsung promotional brochure indicate that I am eligible to redeem a voucher after purchase. So I purchase, installed it and with the product details (only available after installation), I tried to redeem the voucher.  Samsung redemption team rejected me twice.

For the first redemption, their excuse of rejection was promotional period is purchase date, not installation date. Fine, so I re-submit for redemption under purchased date. And got rejected within the same day with the excuse of "purchase not entitled for this promotion".  That is odd, seeing that the redemption page shows that the soundbar I purchase is eligible, and also within the stated promotional period.

It seemed to me that Samsung is just trying to give excuses to reject eligible redemptions. As others have mentioned above, Samsung's service is indeed very disappointing. Where is the  trustworthiness of this brand?

Samsung promotions are a scam.   My "reward" was approved January 6th, 2024.   Called the promotions customer service at end of February and was told it would take 6 weeks.   Called back at 7 weeks and was told they would escalate to management and was given a ticket number.  Was told I would be contacted and emailed within one week.   No response so called back at 8 weeks.   Was then told that the reward time was 12 weeks.  I have 4 Samsung TVs  but I won't buy any Samsung product again.  Can't believe a word they say.   Stay away.
