I bought the Galaxy Fold5 from Telstra which has a Samsung Watch 6 promotion around Xmas.
The redemption site shows that the item has been shipped on 22/01 but no tracking number has been provided.
Went to Samsung store in Westfield Parramatta and they said that they can't do anything and gave me a card which has a number to call and details of livechat.
I tried calling multiple times but can never get through.
Chatted to live chat agent who said that they will call me back within 24 to 48 hours and it has been more than 72 hours now.
I thought that being such a big company Samsung will have proper processes and procedures. But doesn't look like it.
I hope that someone from Samsung actually monitors these forums.
Very disappointed.
