Got a new Watch4 44mm BT, paired with S21.

Installed Google Keep.

It opens, says "syncing" - forever.

Rebooted every machine I own multiple times.

Un/re-inst Google Keep on watch, re-rebooted every machine I own multiple times.

It's still like that. Can't get any notes onto the watch.

What's the deal?

Hi @sekito, that's strange. I can see that Google Keep is compatible with the Watch4. 

Please send through an error report to the Samsung Members team so that we may investigate this further on our end. 

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.

I've sent a report I don't know how much they can read or if link it to this comment. I also try to create a note on the watch and it does not get saved to my online account
