Hey I asked the same question earlier in another post and was told January. Since asking that I have received one ui 4 yesterday on my note 20 ultra 5g. I tried multiple times every day since I read it was rolling out in other countries. This was even the case yesterday and then boom there it was. So just keep checking. My phone is also Unlocked and not a carrier purchase but have been told that shouldn't matter because high end phone can not be locked to any network in Australia. Btw I am with telstra and have read they're always the last to push out new software.
I've been told that regardless of country and network, they send out availability in batches so their download network isn't bottlenecked or fail. Just hang in there and keep trying multiple times a day. That's what I did leading up to when I got it. Even the day I got it I'd tried several times that day and then later in the day it was there. Crossed fingers u will get it soon.
