Why does it take so long for Australia to get the latest software update

Yup, they did.
Personally, I'd suggest waiting, due to reasons I noted above.

Hi @FlorinAdelaide, as @Dolgogi mentioned below, it sounds like a compatibility issue between the app and Android 12. In this case your options are to roll back what you've installed, or wait until the app developers release an update.

I also Installed the Android 12 ui4 and the foxtel app does not work ,but due to foxtel being lazy with their updates as usual.

check Sam mobile , should be any day now , but Samsung always put Australia last , screw you Samsung!!
