Patience is key here.
Germany has just released an update for the devices on One UI 4 but still with the December security patch.
I would suggest there's some bugs that got through and are being squashed before we and others get it.
The US market also had a nasty bug relating to the screen refresh rate, but that was a snapdragon issue, and was also patched.
Even though the wait is annoying for some, hopefully it will mean a smoother update when it does arrive.
