Very upset

I went to Samsung on the weekend for a screen protector for my note 20 ultra as my factory one was peeling everywhere, the lady that served me informed me that they do no do screen protectors for the note 20 ultra. 

As I had already taken my old screen protector off im stuck now with no screen protector, I am very upset with what has happened and considering going back to Apple. 

Thoughts?

that is very poor customer service... but if you really need one you can get it replaced from any other phone repairing shops I guess.

Hi @Harryaa123, I am sorry to hear of the experience you've had looking for a screen protector. At the present, Samsung do not make screen protectors for the Note20 Ultra. 

Your feedback however, has not gone unnoticed and has been passed on internally to the relevant department.

I have one of the latest phones and I can't get nothing for it, it really makes no sence to me. I'm a good customer Iv upgraded to the latest note every year for the last 3 years.

You say you want to go back to Apple, but they don't make official screen protectors either. Plenty of good 3rd party options out there.

Try screen protector from 3rd party which is better than the factory protector. I recently bought one from Gadgetshieldz which is installed using liquid so there is no bubble and it sticks well to the display. I'm using it for 2 months now and there is no peeling in the corners, also dropped my phone in steps and I didn't get any cracks on display.
