preparing dispatch for click&collect

Hi, my S21 ultra updated its order last night to preparing dispatch but this is for a click&collect order. I also never received a confirmation email or receipt for the purchase, although it is listed in my order section on my Samsung profile.

Is this normal?

I Haven't been able to get though via phone or live chat, so figured I'd ask here.

You probably should have received an email 🤔

You should get an email when it's shipped.

At least I did back in September when my Fold3 order shipped.

Hi @whyspr, that's strange. Did you check if the email went to Spam or another folder? 

Has the order status changed?
