Hi 
I ordered 4 was ago a galaxy s23 plus online exclusive, based on terms and conditions it supposed to be delivered in 3-4 wks but after 4 weeks it hasn't delivered yet. I conatct Samsung many time and they don't know where the order is and have no idea when it may be delivered. This order doesn't let make to cancel or change the order and I'm really upset that I bought that phone. Can anyone help me in this ?

Hi @ArshamG the terms & conditions for the online exclusive colours don't allow for cancellation after ordering, since they are special order colours.
Also, this time frame is a guide and can't be guaranteed, as noted in Section 9.
