Asurion Trade in Issues

I purchased a S24 Ultra recently and traded in my S23 Ultra as part of the deal. The phone is in excellent condition as its always had a case on and screen protector, the phone has been working fine with no issues as well. However, after lengthy delays after I sent in my phone, Asurion have deemed it as non-working order and have not provided any evidence of any issues. They are only offering $185 refund, instead of expected $765, and this is such a slap in the face. I feel scammed!! There are no phone numbers to contact Asurion and the portal is useless as they take forever to reply. Any suggestions how this issue can be escalated?

The Samsung guys didn't.. I don't think they will even bother to. It's more than 24 hours now.
Their usual *** is 24 hours.

I have written emails to CEOs in the past including Jeff Bozos and all have responded within 24 hours.
I mean not from their mailboxes but yes their executive escalations team comes back to the rescue.

Same issue here, I received reply from Dennis, he said no issue with Asurion's assessment, he agrees with them, paid me $60 for a 9 months Flip 4. Samsung is hopeless. We need to let more people know about this scam.

I only got $5 for my s 20 ultra which was wasnt damaged.
My question is can I get my phone back from asurion and give them the $5 back plus the postage it is there word that the phone wasn't in the condition that was agreed on.
It's just a con and I will be going g to Apple next time I buy a phone!

Samsung online agent said if I get my phone back I will have to return my new phone or pay as if there was no trade up discount and bonus. Rediculous!
