Anyone else having issues with this company? Sent my s21 back that was quoted at 270. The phone was in good condition no cracked screens always in a case was graded as Non good working order and receiving a refund of $5. Which is a slap in the face. At this point I am better off getting the phone back and selling it privately. I also can't download the pictures that show the device condition in the portal.

For me, I just received a full refund of the security deposit. I think perhaps your phone was broken during delivery to the Asurion PO box, which is why they received your phone in non-working condition. Did you pack your phone properly with cushioning materials?

I packed it with the mailer they provided and it was not broken. I was only upgrading because I wanted to take better photos. The phone was in a case with a screen protector since day one

If you have any recorded videos of your phone before sending it, try contacting Asurion or Samsung about your case. If they still say your phone is in non-working condition, ask them to keep the security deposit and return your phone back.

I don't but I mailed it with my friend who can confirm nothing was cracked etc when I mailed it in. The main issue besides the $5 refund is that I can't see the pic of the phone condition on the portal

Ask them to send you some pictures of your phone when they received it and the reason why they gave you only $5 for it. But the difficult thing is that there is no easy way to contact Assurion. Maybe you can also consider contacting Samsung customer service instead if they still are not responding to your case.

What exactly does the Post Office give you, when you use their packing?

I would always recommend packing the device yourself at home, and document everything with photos.

Having said that, it's rather poor form that you can't even see what they claim is the problem.

A bubble mailer. No extra bubble wrap or anything. It was my first time using this service and buying a phone out right so I got too excited and forgot to take photos 😅😭

Did you happen to pack the old phone in it's original box?
