Company bots

So I don't mean this to sound mean.

But how many members are Samsung bots as in people paid to act like users?

People, I'd assume come here to get info on issues with their tech but I see people commenting the same generic *** you'd get from calling support, no real help at all. 

It's just a thought because I find that there is some real problems with certain tech that isn't exactly admitted to and just wondering if the bots are there to make everything seem better than it is.

I'm real, but I hear what your saying. I too have noticed the increase across different businesses and platforms when it comes to replies etc.

As Star members we keep monitoring the community and report it ASAP for Samsung to address this. This is an evolving system so next iteration of releases hopefully are better spam protected.

No one has every answer to every help request, which is why people will often post similar things, such as sending an error report.

No one is paid by Samsung, other than the 2 community managers who are employed by Samsung.
