I've shown one or two steps to help reduce battery drain. But did you know most app don't really need to run in the background or use background data usage. For most apps you can turn these off in setting.
To add to that, you can even put most apps into deep sleep. They still open and operate normal when you do so. The only downside to this, is updates for those app may not appear when checking for updates. But when you do open the app and use it you can then check for updates or will be notified if you have update notifications switched on.
Just simple things that help make your battery go the extra miles. Not many of us use every app every day. So why have it draining battery and data unnecessarily? Everything i leave an app i usually force stop and clear cache as well. (Note: i did say Usually not always). 😆
Just one last thing, run your screen in dark mode. Saves battery too.
