Lack of response from Samsung support seems to be a recurring theme in many posts.

From Personal experience the following have not helped:

  • Asking Live chat
  • Emailing support
  • Product Review 
  • Messaging/Emailing reps here

On other threads, I've seen calling support mentioned with a similar lack of results.

If you have managed to get a response for an issue that is beyond live chat, what has worked for you?
