Samsung have finally pushed me away with the stupidity of making customers jump through all these hoops to obtain what was advertised to them... still waiting for someone to contact me and let me know where my tablet and earbuds are... what a joke this company has become!!

Hi @Annieclarke82, you can view your claim status when logged into your account on our Redemption portal. 

As per our T&Cs:

 

You should allow at least thirty (30) days for delivery of the Bonus Gift from the date you receive notification from the Samsung eStore that they have completed your claim.

Not good enough... what a joke, it's bundle and should be given out as a bundle. Not customers running around waiting another month after waiting for the phone and then waiting for this e-voucher to claim the other part of the bundle. One of the most stupidest promotions I've ever had to deal with. Just go's to show the cunningness of your company, making sure you save on products slowing down consumers attempts to gain what was promised to them. What a joke you've become

I purchased a phone on Apr 01 22 and am still waiting for my earbuds, at last check, which was incredibly difficult to do, much less speak to someone who could actually help, one week ago they were listed as awaiting shipping,
