I have called the contact centre multiple times and they have tried to escalate my case many times with no avail. The 'case manager' or voice of customer team is unreachable and will not contact me to provide my repair options. I will never purchase a Samsung monitor again as they have the worst support staff. I sincerely feel sorry for the contact centre staff as they have to put up with this ordeal. Thanks Samsung for taking my money and holding my monitor hostage.

If you're having any issues, I recommend just calling Samsung directly or using their chat system on your computer.

If this doesn't work, I recommend emailing this email address with all of your details for one of the Mod / Admin to get back to you. This is generally my go to method to get in touch with Samsung Support.

Subject: SamsungClaudette - *Title Name*

Details

1. Full name

2. Phone number

3. Delivery address

4. Order number
