DiscussionSo how do Samsung deal with complaints. ONLY way to contact is through a webform. Then they just deny, deny, deny.
I still have not received my Samsung Bonus Watch. MANY many emails back and forth. Told me to contact wrong department twice, so wasted my time (which is precious as is everyones).
They KNOW you can't do anything,, they have reneged on their agreement. Have it in black and white "you will recieive a Samsung Watch". Not you may/might ... YOU WILL. That is a contract, it is written.
BUT all I get is .... sorry we aren't sending you one.
Now its only worth maybe $299 (or less now as Watch 5 is so obsolete we are up to Watch 7) so no biggy for them really to honor their contract. BUT they do not allow you to get further than what I think is possibly an auto response.
Frustrated and angry. I hate being ripped off. The ONLY reason I upgraded was the offer of the Ultra 24 WITH a Samsung 5 Watch. THAT is what I paid for, that is what I expect to receive.
ANYONE know how to get on to someone that might actually listen. I have sent them copies of everything including a screen shot of "YOU WILL".
