Download help

Hi everyone 

I've downloaded some of my photos from an online platform called We Transfer.

My S20 FE drop down tab says that the download manager has downloaded them completely. I am able to open the images individually from this tab only and can't seem to find where they are stored on my phone! I've lookeded everywhere through the files app and in downloads but no sign of them! Please help

Try searching the file name in the my files app

Has the app or Web service created is own folder by chance?

Try searching for that.

Yeah, after the android 12 updates many in app downloads cannot be seen in gallery.eg Telegram App.

Hi @Beno95, that's odd. Are you able to view the files when you go into My Files app > Downloads?

Hey there, 

If these are images - they will be sitting in your Download Folder on both Gallery & My Files applications. 

You can instantly view images and videos in your Gallery App > Downloads after it is downloaded as long as it is a support file.
