DiscussionI am totally lost at the moment.
If Samsung can't help me, what hope do I have to put folders on my mobile Samsung s22 ultra.
It should be so easy to do. I need to add folders, but can't!!
No where to go, end of the road

DiscussionIf you have several email accounts on your phone, use one (not All accounts). If it is a IMAP service you will be able to add a folder in that account by opening the menu, scroll down to the bottom and click "+ add folder". You will then be prompted to add a folder location (I chose Root) and then you are prompted to add a name of the folder and when you click enter (it says the equivalent of Create in my Swedish version) and you are done. Then you can do the same for your other email accounts. If it is a POP3 account it will not work. When you want to view the content of your new folder you can only see it if you are viewing that account only, not if you choose All accounts. Hope this helps!

DiscussionHi Terry,
redoing the setup as imap instead of pop3 as suggested here enabled the "Add folder" option for me.
Applying the fix from this thread made all previously existing subfolders visible.
