Depends on you if you need to track those additional stats in daily life

Also want a bigger screen

It will always depends on the user's need. Go to a shop and try both, so you can decide which one you prefer.

I don't own any of them, but for me it looks like the only major difference is the battery and the design and build.

What Galaxy Watch do you have?

I'm still using a very old Samsung Gear S2 Classic. 😅

But I have Garmin Instinct Solar for my outdoor activities.

I really wish in the future for Samsung to have the same battery life as Garmin. My watch lasts for a month with single charge lol. Well half a month if I enable the auto SP02 tracker at night.

Have you tried using Samsung comparison tool to see which is likely the best fit for you and your intended usage?

Personally, I own the Watch5 44mm and the Watch5 Pro.
The Watch5 Pro is more rugged, due to the raised body around the screen and titanium case, while the Watch5 uses an Aluminium case.
Both screens have Sapphire crystal faces.

I prefer the Watch5 Pro in most situations due to it being rugged and handles my rough nature.
That is, I'm not overly careful. 😂 🤣

I tend to use the Watch5 for cafe runs etc when meeting with friends.
