I cannot connect my powerbeats 3.What should I do?

I cannot connect my powerbeats 3 toy S22 Ultra.

Set the PB3 to looking for a new connection. If thay doesnt work, reset the PB3.

Then see if your s22u can find the PB3 via Bluetooth.

Hi @Ilokano, I suggest looking into your device's user manual and putting it into pairing mode. If this doesn't work, please try the below steps on your S22 Ultra:

1. Reset network settings

[Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS]

2. Clearing data from the Bluetooth app in your phone's settings:

Settings > Apps > click on the symbol next to the Your apps heading > toggle on Show system apps and click Okay > scroll down and click on Bluetooth > Storage > click to Clear cache and Clear data.
