I chose to pre order my new Samsung s22 series directly from Samsung as I believed Samsung to be the trusted provider of my pre order given it is the direct company, right... 
For almost a week I have attempted to get through to them in any way shape or form. Online chat, Facebook Messenger, Emails, calling different numbers. You simply cannot speak to anyone. 
We wouldn't need to reach out, your lines would not be congested if we were simply updated clearly via text or email. Instead we are left in the dark wondering and worrying. THIS IS HOW YOU WILL LOSE LOYAL CUSTOMERS. 
I can't even locate the status of my order because apparently my order number is "invalid"
Lol.... I am ANNOYED. you're meant to be a highly rated company who is "always here for you" "24/7" GREYED OUT chat. Ridiculous. Maybe I should have gone with Apple.

Yeah, still waiting for my S22U pre-order that I placed on Feb 12.

I noticed near the end of Feb, Samsung quietly changed the ship date from the 3/3 to the 10/3.

Clearly that has now passed and still no update to my pre-order.

BTW, Samsung has again changed the ship date on their website to 17/3.

Would be nice of them to just send people an email apologising and explaining the delay. I know I'd appreciate that.
I've tried to call them about 739 times today and the same automated message each time.
Thanks heaps for that info though. I didn't know it was there so I feel a little more assured.

Fingers crossed no more delays.

I've not heard a single thing from them. It frustrates me that I cannot even check the "invalid" order number.
I was contemplating an Apple but I've been loyal to Samsung and usually have no problems.

I'm thinking they have stopped taking calls altogether as guarantee 99.9% will be complaints. Smh

That was a random text they sent the night before the official release day (4/3).

I assumed everyone who ordered from the stores got the same text 🤔

I tried contacting online sales/support a few days before I got that text.
Apparently they can't see or access information about sales from the stores.

Yeah, I got through to chat from the website and they couldn't help me.
Got through to a different section via phone... you guessed it, they don't have access to the information yet they give you the contact details you already told them you have had no luck with.
Just going around in circles.
I didn't recieve anything from them besides a shipping notification for my free item, which I recieved lol no good without the main thing 😅

Yeah, same situation here for a S8+ Preorder from the 10th of Feb.  Extremely difficult to get responses.  Managed to eventually get a 'It's delayed' message.  But all it takes is an email, or any sort of contact to say 'hey, we're sorry, but your preorder is delayed', without us having to spend hours trying to figure out exactly what our money has bought us.

Considering this is a preorder and they had plenty of time to get things organised, it's disappointing.
