I chose to pre order my new Samsung s22 series directly from Samsung as I believed Samsung to be the trusted provider of my pre order given it is the direct company, right... 
For almost a week I have attempted to get through to them in any way shape or form. Online chat, Facebook Messenger, Emails, calling different numbers. You simply cannot speak to anyone. 
We wouldn't need to reach out, your lines would not be congested if we were simply updated clearly via text or email. Instead we are left in the dark wondering and worrying. THIS IS HOW YOU WILL LOSE LOYAL CUSTOMERS. 
I can't even locate the status of my order because apparently my order number is "invalid"
Lol.... I am ANNOYED. you're meant to be a highly rated company who is "always here for you" "24/7" GREYED OUT chat. Ridiculous. Maybe I should have gone with Apple.

I'm seeing other retailers quoting April before more stock of the S22U arrives.

Does this mean Samsung will not for fill pre-orders until then?

I ordered my phone on the 10th of Feb and I have nothing the call won't connect and the chat just ends automatically

Just generic messages "we have received your message" "busy" etc but one to tell me the order number is now valid via search on the website. Try that again. Seems to be the only way to see what is happening with our orders. Good luck
