Is there another way to contact Asurion than via care+ portal?

Hi, have been trying for 2 days via the care+ portal to get through to Asurion to organise a swap phone. Unable to proceed as i am required to verify my account with a one time pin that does not come through to my email. Have tried retrieving my account via sms and that works but then they still want me to receive the otp to my email for verification. Frustrating. Went to Samsung showroom and no help there. Is there a contact number or other method of contacting other than the portal? TIA

Yes it takes you straight to the otp verification which doesnt come through. That phone number you previously gave cannot be connected and the website was for the US I think as no AU options

You can try use a internet browser instead of your actual email app, to see if you get the otp there, if still not then maybe try tomorrow again?
