Phone got hacked and cant start up.

Can not start my 1 wekk old phone up as my accounts have been hacked and passwords changed. Can anyone point me in the right dirrection to get around the google verification?

Any help would be grateful.

Try to call IT help desk or just try too reset your password and reboot your whole phone.

Thanks. Reset password is not an option as it has all been messed with by someone.

You have to contact Google. Samsung can't do much about this.

1. Load gmail/account on another computer and create a new account.
2. Google factory reset.
If you have other email accounts, do this and use new account.
Then contact Google as advised.
If you have other email accounts contact administrators.
If you have been doing banking contact bank immediately and freeze accounts and check balances.
