Doing regular phone restarts and optimisations is something people often overlook but are quite important. Note: A phone restart is not the same as turning your phone off and turning it on again.
You may notice a phone does one or more restarts when updating. This is to sort out files that may be jumbled and possible slightly broken. If your phone and apps are acting up a little or not working properly, more often than not, a phone restart will correct that.
Phone restart can be found in your power menu. It will look like this.
Press and follow the prompts. This will straighten up those problem files. You can also set your phone. To do this automatically through your auto optimisation menu.
You will find this in your device care app. Your phone is quite intelligent and intuitive as well as adaptive. It will from time to time notice things aren't quite right and will, if set properly, restart and fix itself.
