My primary camera doesn't focus on subjects on a distance. The issue seems to go away if I shake/tap the phone. It appeared after the last software update. Does anyone else face the same issue?
Tried all those, resetted the whole phone ,still the same. Meanwhile I did some research on internet forums and there are many reports of similar cases. :(
I have the s21ultra as well. My last software update was on the 1st October, I haven't had problems with my camera, hope it stays that way too. Sorry to hear you are having problems. You may have to contact Samsung and they may be able to talk you through it to fix it @NameX13
I also suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Camera > describe issue and frequency > Attach short video of the focus issue > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

They replaced the camera unit and its working 🙂. But now I can't access samsung members app from that device, it shows samsung members is not supported in this country 😢
