Samsung care plus post purchase declaration issue

Every time I try to upload the document for Samsung Care, I face an issue where nothing is uploaded for verification and the page just refreshes. Anyone have a solution for this i have tried Samsung support and different devices.

You should be able to upload it via the browser on your phone. Clear cookies and cache and then try again. Let us know how you go.

Could be a DNS server problem. Restart phone and see if works.

Do you have a VPN turned on? This will block responses. Otherwise try a different device or check anti-virus settings?
