Hi there,

My partner was advised by Samsung to reinstall the Asaurion app when hitting problems with a pre-order (which ends in 4 days). A new code was issued however it will now not work, saying the service is unavailable at this time. I've read other threads where it has been known to cause problems by virtue of the phone now being 'tagged' due to the app re-install.

Can someone please advise what to do. We have been getting no-where with either Samsung or Asaurion direct.

I am stuck with the same problem been trying to resolve it since a week.

The offer is going to end in four days, I lost hope on samsung

clear cache of app, delete and reinstall.

then add the code for trade in, in the checkout cart before you select the pre order bonuses
