I've had issues with service ever since I've been in the home im in now for 4 years, I am with spintel for internet + I have 1 of their sim cards that I pay for onto of the internet, spintel does their checks & gave always reported back that everythings ok on their end...
For the last few months my mobile data won't work when I'm put, & my brother inlaw has had 2 mobiles now that simply won't connect to the wifi it's simply not seen too access...

But anyhossiers my mobile has always never had service inside my mobile phone calls will just go to messages & and If I do randomly ringing someone or answer a call inside ppl can't hear me or it just cts in & out.... my mobile will also say it's not ®️ & im unable to send messages, make calls ect....
I replaced my spintel modem with my telstra one that I'd previously purchased when I was with them previous before moving.
I finally had it worked out yesterday that the wifi service is the issue but the IT'S at spintel couldn't give me simple instructions on how to fiddle with the settings to see if it might help...

Im frazzled on how else to attach this longing lasting issue..

Please help

Several things yo check
1. Signal to cell toeer, load an app called Aus Phone Towers from Play Store. Identify the menu options hidden on left side and you are able to identify if you have good coverage. Identify your cell tower, stand at window facing cell tower to get better coverage ( I won't go into detail but if necessary Google aerials for mobile phones).
2. Inside your home if using a 5G network switch to 2.4, it's slower than 5G but travels further.
3. "Forget" your network and then enter it again, sometimes settings get busted.

4. Load an app from Play Store called "Wi-fi Analyzer" from fastproc? so ypu can check the strength of your signal in diffetent rooms AND see if a neighbours wi-fi overlaps with yours. If it does Google changing wi-fi frequencies.

5. Google "wi-fi calling" on Spintel and Telstra to see if you can set this up as it allows calls to come in on your wi-fi if cell tower signal is poor.

It is also possible that your settings connecting you to the cell tower are wrong
Google Spintel APN settings (Access Point Name). To check these on your phone, gear wheel top right, search access point names, if you need to change note the current settings on paper 100% accurately in case you need to revert.
