Tablet S8 delays - stuck on preparing dispatch

i pre-ordered the table S8 Wi-Fi which was supposed to dispatch on 3rd March, this is now 27th March, Its still stuck on preparing dispatch. 

Tried calling samsung's customer care since last 4-5 days everyday, always get message saying "all our customer service reps are busy try again later" and gets dropped off. no waiting nothing. you cannot simply be busy all the freaking time!

Online chat is even worse just gets disconnected when my number is up!

I have had no pro-active communication about delay from samsung. 

i didnt expect samsung to have such a horrendous customer service. 

whats the point of "pre-order" if i dont get it even after a month its started to sale in retail store!

Man you are not alone. I have a exact same problem. Beside my order was 27/2 to be shipped 10/3

 

No way to communicate with samsung **bleep** frustrating. They could at least let us know the delay damnwits

Try cancelling the order they hang up on you. Have reported to PayPal, bank fair trade. Just not acceptable when stock is in stores.
