When are you going to ship out my Galaxy S22 Ultra 1TB Pre-order?

Its been a week and order's still not shipped out yet. Its just stuck on "Preparing order". Live chat is absolutely useless, waste of time. Called e-commerce, said they could not do anything, will investigate, have not heard anything from them. Was told that it is sitting in a warehouse in Sydney. So why isnt it shipped?!

Typical - on all counts, no call back - typical. You have already paid....so they dont care now. And they would have just made that up about it being in Sydney, if it is it'd be a lucky guess...they don't know where anything is. At least they said they are "sorry to hear that"...that makes everything ok...not.
