Stolen Phone

Hi everyone. I lost my phone more than a week ago and after tracking it with Google, I found out that it was stolen. Just now, I found out you can track devices with SmartThings Find, even without a sim card. It's last location took place on the same day I lost it. Why can't SmartThings Find track my phone anymore?

The device must also be connected to the Internet unless the "Offline search" option (from Settings > Samsung account > Find my phone > Offline search) is enabled. If the Find My Mobile setting on the device is disabled, you will not be able to track your device.

can the device still be tracked even when the battery has completely run out?

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your phone. Unfortunately the phone cannot be tracked while it is turned off. I would recommend to keep checking to see if someone has turned it on.

Try iemei and disable the device. Google doesn't play nice. X

Yes my ex stole my phone n she's very good with setting up accounts n paswords so she has my firs password then she gets notifier wen I'm changing my stuff I try to block her but she's 2 steps ahead constantly I really need helpnothing is safe
