3D photos not showing

hi good day.. ask ko lang if may naka encounter sa inyo ng pag inopen mo yung 3d photo na post eh bigla lang mag didisplay ng black screen? sa fb app ba may problema o sa unit na? 360 photos ayus naman.. yung 3d photos lang nag kaka error?? sana may makatulong.. -tia

Hi kalboooo,

If it's an issue from your Facebook app, it might be a bug from their end, and not your phone.

It could also be possible that your device has not yet been properly optimized by Facebook on their end :( 

However, what you can try doing is clearing your Facebook app's  data and cache, essentially giving it a reset. This will log you out of your Facebook account, however! Once you reset your app, try viewing a 3D photo again and see if it works!

If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:


Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Application".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
