A51 Android 12 Update delayed?

Another month, another delay to the Android 12 Update.

Rather than a generic "the plan will be updated again soon" response - can we get an explanation on why/what has caused the delay, and a realistic timeline on its actual rollout?

Yes I'd like an answer on this too! Samsung blame Telstra, Telstra blame Samsung and between both I can't get any kind of a release roadmap. The Members app keeps saying may, then June and nothing. Can Samsung provide a definitive answer please?!?!?!?

My phone was purchased outright and has nothing to do with any carrier - so at this point in time it is definitely not carrier related delays.

Me too. Other Samsung phones in Australia got Android 12 weeks ago; the A51 has got it in other countries - how hard can it be? It's not just Telstra customers either; I'm with Optus, though my phone was also bought outright.

Hi @Hunterz86, I apologise for the delay regarding the update. At the current stage we are awaiting news from the research and dev team. 

Once the update is released, you can download this via:

Settings > Software update > Download and install

Hey @Ceejay3135, at the current stage I don't have a status update on the A51 series.

Our team have confirmed that an updated schedule would be available via Samsung Members > Notices next week.
