I have a Galaxy A15 5G. Both of our phones have support for AOD, having an AMOLED screen but being a low-range, Samsung Artificially Bogs down the phone, removing key features such as AOD, and more. I believe that the Galaxy A25 & A26 have support for AOD, further proving the point that Samsung is artificially removing features.
Google "samsung a16 aod" and you should get something like the attached, sorry screenshot , not actual links. Also check what widgets are available, some models allow one widget to be shown aod, not sure which models.
