Weather app stopped working on a A05 samsung phone

Why did the weather app just suddenly say no permission to use mobile data and won't update what so ever....

Can I get help here please!

Never trust AI for accuracy but here is something to look at:
"If your Samsung apps are not allowed to use mobile data, it likely means you have restricted their access to mobile data in your phone settings; you can check and adjust this by going to Settings > Connections > Data usage, then select the app and toggle the "Allow app while Data saver on" switch to enable or disable mobile data usage for that specific app. 

Key points to remember:

Accessing data usage settings:

Go to "Settings > Connections > Data usage" to manage which apps can use mobile data. 

Data saver mode:

If you have data saver enabled, you might need to specifically allow apps to use data even while data saver is on. 

Checking individual app permissions:

You can also access app-specific mobile data settings by going to "Settings > Apps > [select app] > Mobile data". "

Let's start with going to Settings, scroll down to Apps, scroll all the way down to weather and look for permissions. Then turn on anything available. Also for the next item turn off "remove permissions if app is unused". Restart and check if that fixes your problem and advise me (use the reply under my name so I see your response). There are quite a few other things we can look at if that doesn't work.

Sorry still tells me the weather app isn't allowed to use mobile data and I can't access the location try later....

Thank you very much it was set to wifi only and I had no idea it was that.... been searching everywhere but now it's all back together again..... once again thank you 🙏👏👍😎
