After android update in May..some apps became slow to open. One app almost stopped working in wifi. Contacted Samsung support, they blamed app developer. Contacted app developer they couldn't find any issue.
After latest update from Samsung this week, all working again.
How to complain against Samsung? I had to suffer more than a month due to wrong update they done in May. My aircon controller app stopped working. Same app installed in three devices, only my a31 was giving trouble because they updated android.
What a bad coding. Samsung should compensate.

This has to do with App developers. They need to ensure app is readily available on different OS.

I had issue with multiple apps, all working ok after Samsung latest update on this Tuesday. I hope I described it in my first post clearly. Trouble started one and half months before after android 11 update.

Hi @SubrataM, I'm really sorry to hear that you had this experience. When a device is updated, app developers need to also ensure that their apps are optimised for the new update to ensure their compatibility.

Generally in the week after an OS update, you should also update your apps to ensure they work smoothly. However for some smaller apps and companies, they may not have their apps developed up to date immediately and may take a while.

Thank you for understanding. If you have any further questions or enquiries, please let us know.

Interesting!! For the last one and half months you and me tried to blame app developers and one of them I contacted and they tried to fix and assist last one month. Not solved...three other app also became slow responsive. So should i complain all of them?
Unfortunately I didn't have to go through that path... After latest update from Samsung solved the issues. Though I was reluctant to update this time as last time the update caused the issue. But this time it solved all the previous issues that were created by android 11 update in May.
Or all the app developers (total 3) fixed their bugs on the same day when I did install the last Samsung update on Tuesday this week!!
