I also recommend clearing data from the Bluetooth app in your phone's settings.
To do this:
Settings > Apps > click on the symbol next to the Your apps heading > toggle on Show system apps and click Okay > scroll down and click on Bluetooth > Storage > click to Clear cache and Clear data.
I was having the same issue. I did as advised by SamsungLaura, and although my last drive was short, the music did not stop playing, whereas before it would constantly cut out. If it does stop during my next drive, I will be sure to revise my comment.

Another suggestion I have would be to update the Bluetooth software on your car. The steps for this may vary depending on your car manufacturer so I suggest looking on your manufacturers website for more information on how to update your car software.

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right
Hello, Yes it is when in the car but also sometimes on the bluetooth speaker. Updating software on the car might be a bit tricky, but will suss it out. Thank you for your reply and help.
