Galaxy AHi @Amysensei, does this contact have a spam call filter enabled? Their filter may be registering your number as potential spam and blocking calls.
I suggest the person go through their call settings to see whether this is enabled.

Galaxy AI'm experiencing exactly the same issue. Have you been able to sort it out? The only workaround I have found so far is to use Google messaging app instead of Samsung messaging app to send text messages to that person. But I am unhappy with this as I like Samsung app much more.

Galaxy AHi @Yann_ that's odd. If checking whether you are blocked from the other user did not work, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Galaxy AI recently started having the exact same problem on my Galaxy S20 FE. The person I cannot text is the person I would text most. If I restart the phone, it works for a couple of texts, then stops working again. I wonder if it might be a memory issue after updating...
