Data while on Call

I recently switched phone from A50s to A52 LTE. I have never encountered this one before. With my A50s, I can use my mobile data while on call seamlessly (I can see the 4g+ indicator). My a52 can still use data but it switches back and forth between H and H+. Done some troubleshooting myself. Resetting network settings, turning off device, removing sim card, switching to airplane mode and safe mode. Software is up to date. I don't want to perform factory data reset just yet. Any tips and solutions? Thanks! 

Ps. VoLTE is enabled too. I also turned it off and on just in case it works. Lo and behold, issue's still present. 🥲
