Galaxy AMy name is Arindam Bhowmick, and I have been using a Samsung Galaxy A33 5G , since I purchased it on 30/08/2022. The phone was functioning perfectly until the recent software update on 30/08/2024. Since the update, I have experienced issues with the fast charging feature, even though I am using the original Samsung charger.
I am confident that this issue is related to the new software update and would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this problem.
