Fortnite on Samsung a14?

I tried to download #Fortnite on google but they have cancelled download because of a pricing dispute,but it says I can play if I download epic games app from @SamsungStore which I have but it's says my my phone still won't allow me to download #Fortnite mobile it and I'm VERY sure I can play on this a14 , can anyone help 🙏, cheers #Simply_Redman_YT

That's odd. Have you tried contacting the app support team and seeing if they can help you on there end?
