Galaxy AHow's your phone doing after doing a Factory Reset, Ken0152?
Doing a Factory Reset will completely erase all your personal data and downloaded apps from your phone, so the storage will be affected by this. Since doing a Factory Reset will wipe all your personal data, it is highly encouraged that you should back up your data on file storage and/or cloud storage service.
