But in Sammobile i saw that it's available to download over Odin

A50 user here! I already updated since end of March and it should be available to you as well, unless there are some restrictions on your device like network-locked or bought from other countries.

Philippines, and the unit is for the APAC with model number SM-A505GN/DS

Nope. Mine is open-line unlocked unit.

Try factory reset tpos update manual sa settings..
