I can't turn my mobile data on, it says security policy prevents use of mobile data.

Help me po pls.

Ps. Gumagana naman po ung text and call pero globe internet connection is ayaw po dahil sa security policy.

Hi. Where did you get your device? Could it possibly be locked to network? If so, then i recommend you reach out to that carrier and have it unlocked.

You might also want to check settings>connections>mobile networks>access point name and confirm with your carrier that your APN is correct.

September 2021 pa po to nabili sa online shop and walq na rin pong contact. Correct din APN niya sa globe.

Which network was it locked to? What network are you trying to use now? As far as i know for globe, devices doesn't unlock automatically after the contract ends. You have to request for it. Also, when was the last time you were able to use it properly.

Globe po. Nakikihotspot lang ngaun dahil sa di paggana ng internet connection ng globe, security policy daw po eh. Huling gamit ko sa globe ko is nung ayos pa vivo phone ko.

If that device is locked to globe and you're trying to use a globe sim now as well, then there shouldn't be any problem. Otherwise, if that device is locked to other carrier other than globe, then it could be with the network.

Well, my knowledge ends here. I recommend you try reaching out to either samsung support or globe support.

Nagawa ko na lahat. Hard reset ng phone. Update of software resetting sa network and wala parin talaga. Nawawalan na ko ng pag asa kung paano magagamit ung internet ng globe, hina kase ng tnt dito samin
