Subject: Issues with App Behavior on Samsung Galaxy A15 5G

Hello Samsung Support,

I am experiencing two main issues with my Samsung Galaxy A15 5G while gaming, particularly in Roblox:

1. When I'm using a pop-up panel like Messenger or YouTube while playing, Roblox suddenly closes on its own. This disrupts my gameplay experience, and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.


2. I am also unable to screen record my gameplay. When I attempt to record, the screen recording feature automatically turns off.



I purchased this device on August 4, 2024. It hasn’t even been 7 months, but these issues started occurring from the day I began using it. I have been trying to find a solution since then without success.

I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you!

It must have been frustrating for you, NenielGalaxy-A15_5G! There are various reasons that the apps and the screen record keep closing and turning off on their own and the most common is low phone storage. You can try cleaning the app's cache by going to Settings > Apps > Tap the App of your choice > Storage > Clear Cache. If the issue still occurs, as a last resort, you can try to factory reset your device. Just a reminder that if you do this, it will delete all data and device settings.
